How does realty brands pricing work?
The pricing structure of realty brands has two components: start-up costs and monthly costs. Depending on the plan you choose - Premium or Basic - your cost will correspond accordingly. Each plan requires an initial 12-month contract which includes the start-up cost up front and the monthly payments automatically paid afterwards. A 10% discount is applied to your monthly cost if paid in-full annually (does not discount start-up costs).

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments that are submitted with our secure web payment platform on a recurring monthly basis or annual payments.

How many prints do I get for business cards, listings brochures, and post-cards?
Business cards 1000 qty per quarter, listings brochures unliminted, post-cards 2 1,000 order per year. etc

Can I sign-up for one month and then cancel?
All new contracts require both the start-up cost and an agreed to annual contract. The monthly fees can be paid monthly or annually (receiving a 10% discount for annual payments). This ensures that the time and resources spent in starting your new brand, brand materials, initial printing, and web presence are covered.

What contract options are available after the first year?
After the first year contract of monthly costs, you may continue to pay monthly, annually, or stop payment and cease services. A month-by-month contract automatically ensues with auto-renewal on the debiting of your payment method on-file unless otherwise cancelled.

Do I get to ownership rights to my logo and other print materials?
Yes. Your logo and any other brand items are yours to keep. We do not provide original artwork (e.g. Adobe® PhotoShop or Illustrator files) for listings brochures or business cards. For these files, please contact us directly for a la carte pricing.

Do I own my website?
All of your content that is uploaded is secure and reserved for your ownership. We reserve all ownership of original code and lease it to you for use during subscription to our services. Our proprietary front-end editor and back-end system is subject to subscription for access as is your website.
